Terms & Artwork Policy

Last updated: June 10, 2026. Plain-language summary first, details below. This page is a working business policy, not legal advice – have it reviewed before relying on it for high-stakes situations.

The short version

  • Starting prices cover standard cleanup only. Extra work is always quoted before it happens.
  • Not every file can be fixed or fully vectorized. Some files are rejected or re-quoted.
  • You must have the rights to the artwork you send me.
  • Two revision rounds are included; more can be purchased.
  • “Print-ready” means common production standards, not any single printer’s exact settings.

1. Scope of work

Each service’s listed starting price covers standard cleanup as described on its product page. Complex files, full redraws, major reconstruction, or work beyond the described scope requires a custom quote. I will contact you before doing any work outside the purchased scope; no additional charges are made without your approval.

2. File quality and feasibility

Final output quality depends partly on the quality of the original file. Not every file can be fully vectorized, and AI-generated artwork may contain artifacts or merged details that require manual cleanup or make certain results impossible. Files that are too low quality for the requested service may be rejected (with a refund of unstarted work) or re-quoted as a different service.

3. “Print-ready” definition

Deliverables are prepared to common production standards: appropriate resolution at the stated print size, proper transparency, suitable color handling, and standard formats for the stated print method. Individual print shops may have additional or different in-house requirements. If you provide your vendor’s specifications, I will match them where reasonably possible.

4. Artwork rights

You are responsible for having the legal right to use, modify, and reproduce all artwork you submit. By placing an order you confirm this. I may decline files that appear to infringe third-party rights, including unlicensed use of trademarks, characters, or logos.

5. Revisions

Each order includes two (2) revision rounds covering adjustments to the delivered work within the original scope. New scope (different artwork, new sizes beyond those ordered, additional versions) is quoted separately or covered by add-ons. Additional revision rounds are available as a paid add-on.

6. Turnaround

Standard turnaround is 2-3 business days from receipt of payment and all required materials. Rush turnaround (24 hours) is available as an add-on and is based on availability; if I cannot honor a purchased rush, the rush fee is refunded. Turnaround clocks pause while waiting on you (missing files, unanswered questions, proof approvals).

7. Delivery and storage

Final files are delivered through your account on this site. Keep your own backup copies. Project files are retained for a reasonable period but long-term storage is not guaranteed.

8. Website / WooCommerce work

Website fixes begin with a deposit covering diagnosis and small fixes. Larger work is quoted before proceeding, with the deposit applied to the total. Never send passwords through order forms; credentials are exchanged through a secure method after checkout. You are responsible for maintaining your own site backups unless backup work is explicitly part of the engagement.

9. Acceptance

Checking the terms box at checkout records your acceptance of this policy, along with a timestamp. See also the Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.
