Every file prep order follows the same process: you pick the service, I review the file by hand, work happens within the listed scope, and finished files land in your account. Nothing outside that scope runs without your written approval first.
Pick your service & upload your file
Choose the service that matches your problem and upload whatever you have — a JPG, a screenshot, AI output, an old print file. The order form asks a few quick questions (what it is for, print size, deadline) so I can prep it correctly the first time. Not sure which service? Pick “Help me decide” — it is free.
Pay securely through checkout
The listed starting price covers standard cleanup for that service. Cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay are accepted. If your file turns out to need more work than the starting scope covers, I contact you with a quote before doing that work — never silently.
I review your file by hand
Every order gets a real human review, usually within one business day. If the file needs more than standard cleanup — a full redraw, a complex rebuild, or the source is unusable — I contact you with options and a price before anything outside the purchased scope is touched.
You get production-ready files
Standard turnaround is 2–3 business days (24-hour rush available). Your files are delivered to the My Projects area of your account — log in, download, send them to your printer. Every order includes 2 revision rounds, and your files stay available in your account if you ever lose them.
“Print-ready” means prepared to common production standards. Every print shop can have slightly different requirements — if you know your vendor’s specs, include them in the order notes and I will match them where possible.
