- I scope it in writing. After reviewing your intake I send a written scope, timeline, and total. Nothing is built until we agree on it.
- Deposit confirms the project. The $350 deposit covers a small plugin or a discovery sprint for larger work. It always applies to the total.
- Built, tested, and handed off. Delivered to your site with documentation on what was built, settings available, and how to use it. You own the code outright.
Ongoing support, bug fixes after handoff, or new feature additions are billed separately — nothing is assumed to be included for free.
