What is collected
To process orders this site collects your name, email, billing details, the project information you enter on order forms, and the files you upload. Payment card data is handled by the payment processor (WooPayments/Stripe) and never stored on this site. When you accept the Terms & Artwork Policy at checkout, the acceptance time, IP address, and browser identifier are recorded with the order.
Your uploaded files
Uploaded artwork is stored in a protected area, not in any public gallery. Files are accessible only to you (through your account) and to the site administrator for the purpose of completing your order. Your artwork is never used for marketing or shared with third parties without your permission.
Emails
You receive transactional emails about your orders and projects (confirmations, proofs, delivery notices). No marketing email is sent without separate consent.
Cookies
This site uses the cookies required for cart, checkout, and login functionality.
Data requests
You can request an export or deletion of your personal data through the contact page. Order records required for accounting are retained as legally necessary.
