The $100 deposit covers diagnosis and small fixes. If the work is bigger than a quick fix, I will send a quote before continuing - the deposit applies to the total.

    What this covers

    Quick, well-defined fixes: a checkout that stopped working, a layout that broke on mobile, products that need to be set up properly, redirects, DNS and domain confusion, plugin conflicts, and similar small jobs.

    How the deposit works

    The $100 deposit covers diagnosis and small fixes – many jobs are done within it. If your issue turns out to be bigger than a quick fix, I will tell you what I found and send a quote before continuing. The deposit always applies to the total.

    A note about access

    Do not type passwords into the order form. After checkout I will send you a secure way to share credentials. Use the access field only to describe how access will be arranged.

    The honest fine print

    • Starting prices cover standard cleanup. Complex files, full redraws, or major reconstruction get a custom quote before any extra work happens.
    • Final output quality depends partly on the quality of the original file. Some files may be rejected or quoted separately if they are too low quality to work with.
    • “Print-ready” means prepared to common production standards – every print shop can have slightly different requirements, so tell me yours if you know them.
    • You are responsible for having the rights to use the artwork you submit.
    • Rush turnaround is based on availability. Standard turnaround is 2-3 business days.
    • Every order includes 2 revision rounds.
